Not bad at all. Rain and water in general are eeevil to draw, but I think you did well on the drops here, especially for trying out a new angle. I believe that it's raining, at least.
As for the other style: That's not bad either. Always good to try something new out, 'cuz that can help improve your preferred style if you transfer techniques over.

Honestly, though, I'm thinking of changing to using a more realistic style more often, and doing the occasional anime-ish pic.
I think it looks pretty good. Somtimes it's hard to work from a new vantage point, but if you keep working out it you start figuring out how to draw it the same as your best vantage point.
