Because sometimes, the 'not coming in out of the rain' sense is the better sense to have.

This took me long- probably longer than it should have. I wish I knew how to do raindrops better, especially falling from that angle.

No, it's not my usual anime style, and no, the girl isn't extremely beautiful or sexy- she's a normal person, enjoying the rain. ^_^

looks pretty cool to me dude, everything is fine.

my only peeve with it is: i think you should maybe add a bit of shading around the neck, because it looks as though she has no neck lol.

other than that dude, this is a good picture X3

Not bad at all. Rain and water in general are eeevil to draw, but I think you did well on the drops here, especially for trying out a new angle. I believe that it's raining, at least.
As for the other style: That's not bad either. Always good to try something new out, 'cuz that can help improve your preferred style if you transfer techniques over.

Thanks! I'm glad to know the rain at least looks believable, then. I'm happy with that much.^^
Honestly, though, I'm thinking of changing to using a more realistic style more often, and doing the occasional anime-ish pic.

I think it looks pretty good. Somtimes it's hard to work from a new vantage point, but if you keep working out it you start figuring out how to draw it the same as your best vantage point.
